Deep Sense Exercises

When exercises are performed alone for rehabilitation and increasing muscle strength, it is not enough for the person to return daily life.

Deep sense (proprioception) is a sensation that is in the structure of joints, capsule and ligaments, tendons and muscles; detected by nerve endings and transmitted to the brain from there.

Basically, it can be expressed as the positions of these structures in space and the detection of the load on them by central nervous system.

This awareness is important for working of all these tissues in harmony without damage.

A damage occurs in this sense in the injured area after an injury and appropriate proprioceptive rehabilitation program must also take place within the rehabilitation program applied in the recovery process.

The state of re-run of deep sense is essential in order to gain the functions of the musculoskeletal system completely.
