Our Training and Development Process

The trainings given to our employees in our group are General Orientation, Department-Specific Orientation, Compulsory Trainings, Department Specialization Trainings.

All training and development activities, except orientation and compulsory training, are determined according to the annual training needs analysis, which takes into account competencies, accreditation standards, professional and personal requirements. Training and development plans are prepared by taking into account the results of this analysis.

All our new employees are given a special corporate orientation training on the day they start work. In addition, a full day of orientation training is provided by Human Resources at the headquarters on the day they start work.
